  • Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden sorgen Sie für einen professionellen IT-Support und erarbeiten nachhaltige Lösungen bei technischen Fragestellungen.
  • Dabei unterstützen Sie unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen am Hauptsitz sowie an unseren europäischen Standorten bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen und stellen einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sicher.
  • Die Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Client-Systemen gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich wie die Dokumentation von Supportanfragen und deren Lösungen im Ticketsystem.
  • Mit Ihren Ideen tragen Sie aktiv zur Optimierung unserer Supportprozesse bei, pflegen unsere Wissensdatenbank und wirken bei IT-Projekten sowie Hardware-Rollouts mit.
  • Die Einführung neuer Technologien sowie der kontinuierliche Ausbau Ihres Know-hows in den Bereichen Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud Services, Entra ID, Intune und IT-Security runden Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ab.

Ihre idealen Voraussetzungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Service-Desk bzw. IT-Support-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft 365 sowie grundlegendes Know-how im Bereich Netzwerkstrukturen
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einer ausgeprägten Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit IT-Service-Management-Frameworks wie ITIL oder FitSM
