Para importante empresa de soluciones logísticas, seleccionamos un/a Analista Contable – Compensaciones & Control de Gestión para incorporarse a la Dirección de Gestión de las Personas.

Buscamos un perfil con sólida formación contable, orientado al análisis, control presupuestario y gestión de costos asociados a personas y compensaciones.

Principales tareas

  • Colaborar en el diseño y confección del presupuesto anual de la Dirección de Gestión de las Personas.
  • Realizar el relevamiento de información de los distintos sectores, armado de información comparativa, análisis y control.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración del informe de gestión mensual.
  • Generar y administrar el control presupuestario de gastos, realizando comparaciones por gerencia, revisión de desvíos y análisis de imputaciones contables.
  • Realizar análisis de resultados de gestión.
  • Efectuar conciliaciones de cuentas patrimoniales de sueldos.
  • Realizar el cálculo de costo compañía.
  • Analizar desvíos presupuestarios.
  • Realizar conciliaciones entre liquidación de sueldos y registración contable.
  • Brindar soporte analítico y contable a los procesos vinculados con Compensaciones y Control de Gestión.

Requisitos

  • 🎓 Estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a de Contador Público – EXCLUYENTE.
  • Experiencia laboral previa, preferentemente de 4 años o más, en posiciones vinculadas a Control de Gestión, Contabilidad, Costos, Presupuesto y/o Compensaciones.
  • Sólidos conocimientos contables.
  • Experiencia en conciliaciones contables, análisis de cuentas, control presupuestario y análisis de desvíos.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Se valorará conocimiento de sistemas de gestión VISMA y SAP.
  • Perfil analítico, meticuloso, organizado y con capacidad para trabajar con autonomía.
