Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista Contable Semi Senior para incorporarse al equipo de Administración.

La posición reportará al Jefe de Administración y tendrá como principales responsabilidades:

  • Recepción, revisión, control y carga de facturas de proveedores.
  • Gestión de facturación y documentación administrativo-contable.
  • Tareas de tesorería y manejo de caja.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de cuentas a pagar y cuentas a cobrar.
  • Conciliación y análisis de cuentas, bancos y tarjetas de crédito.
  • Generación y seguimiento de reportes.
  • Revisión y gestión de documentación vinculada a licitaciones.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de reclamos a clientes.
  • Seguimiento de condiciones y formas de pago de clientes.
  • Carga y procesamiento de información y documentación.

Requisitos

  • Graduado/a de Contador Público o Lic. en Administración.
  • Aproximadamente 5 años de experiencia en posiciones administrativo-contables similares.
  • Conocimientos de contabilidad, administración, tesorería, facturación, cuentas a pagar y cuentas a cobrar.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión contable.
  • Experiencia en conciliación y análisis de cuentas y generación de reportes.
  • Buscamos una persona meticulosa, detallista, responsable y organizada, con capacidad para establecer prioridades y manejar múltiples tareas en simultáneo.
  • Orientación al cliente interno y externo.
  • Residencia en CABA, Vicente López o partidos cercanos.
