Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Gestión Administrativa Semi Senior para incorporarse al equipo de Administración.

La posición reportará al Jefe de Administración y tendrá como principales responsabilidades:

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestión y seguimiento de cuentas a pagar y cuentas a cobrar.
  • Recepción, revisión, control y carga de facturas de proveedores.
  • Gestión de facturación y documentación administrativa.
  • Tareas de tesorería y manejo de caja.
  • Conciliación de bancos, tarjetas y análisis de cuentas.
  • Generación y seguimiento de reportes de gestión.
  • Seguimiento de condiciones y formas de pago de clientes.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de reclamos a clientes.
  • Revisión y gestión de documentación vinculada a licitaciones.
  • Carga, control y procesamiento de información y documentación del área.
  • Participación y soporte en procesos de cierre mensual.

Requisitos

  • Graduado/a o estudiante avanzado/a de Lic. en Administración, Contador Público o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 3/4 años de experiencia en posiciones administrativo-contables similares.
  • Experiencia en facturación, tesorería, cuentas a pagar y cobrar y conciliaciones bancarias y de tarjetas.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión/ERP.
  • Buen manejo de Excel.
  • Buscamos una persona meticulosa, organizada y responsable, con autonomía y capacidad para establecer prioridades y manejar múltiples tareas en simultáneo.
  • Orientación al cliente interno y externo.
  • Residencia en Vicente López, San Isidro, San Martín, CABA Norte o zonas cercanas a Munro (EXCLUYENTE)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial de lunes a viernes de 9 a 18 hs.
