Descripción del puesto

El objetivo de la posición es coordinar y asegurar la adecuada gestión de management de cada uno de los artistas de la productora.

Responsabilidades de la posición:

  • brindar soporte a managers de artistas
  • recepción de necesidades
  • resolución de conflictos y análisis de opotunidades
  • impulso de acciones, sugerencias acordes al plan de marketing y comunicación de cada artista
  • brindar feedback en función a las ventas generadas.
  • Evaluar y controlar resultados de acciones generadas

Requisitos

Se requiere contar con experiencia deseable en la industria musical, con mucha pasión por la música, capacidad de organización general, planificación, actitud resolutiva, visión de negocio con mirada global, así como posición analítica y objetiva para la toma de decisiones.

Es excluyente el nivel de inglés avanzado para la interacción con managers internacionales y/o medios de prensa.
