Se integrará al equipo de Aseguramiento de la Calidad y Asuntos Regulatorios.

Las principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas y cumplimentar todos los requerimientos normativos, legales y de calidad requeridos por las autoridades sanitarias y clientes.
  • Asegurar la adecuación de las operaciones en el marco de las disposiciones de ANMAT y de toda la normativa aplicable de la Autoridad Sanitaria Competente y de aquellos entes que regulan la actividad incluyendo el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento, Transporte y Distribución, y de las
  • Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación de Medicamentos y de otros Productos Farmacéuticos, cuando aplique.
  • Participar en la recepción de las diferentes auditorías tanto internas como externas, de autoridades sanitarias internacionales, nacionales y/o provinciales, auditorias ISO y clientes, entre otros.
  • Realizar auditorías internas, autoinspecciones y relevamientos sobre el correcto cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas y de los procesos internos. Realizar auditorías de aprobación y mantenimiento a proveedores.
  • Redactar, revisar, controlar y aprobar normas, procedimientos e instructivos para el correcto desarrollo de la actividad.
  • Controlar el cumplimiento del plan anual de capacitación y trabajar en el diseño de capacitaciones específicas junto al área de RRHH, Operaciones, entre otras.
  • Proponer, redactar, controlar y dar seguimiento a los planes de acción correctivos y preventivos CAPA.
  • Cumplir con el rol de Director/a Técnico con bloqueo de título ante los organismos sanitarios y gestionar los trámites inherentes a la actividad profesional y del establecimiento ante dichos organismos (ANMAT y Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia de Buenos Aires).
  • Ser el referente de Aseguramiento de Calidad y Asuntos Regulatorios brindando asesoramiento permanente sobre las operaciones, evaluando la factibilidad técnica/regulatoria de potenciales clientes, nuevos productos o servicios.
  • Participar en representación de la empresa en ámbitos técnicos profesionales referidos a las áreas de incumbencias del profesional farmacéutico.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar indicadores.

Requisitos

  • Profesionales graduados en Farmacia. Será excluyente contar con título vigente.
  • Matricula Provincial vigente o con posibilidad de tramitarla de manera inmediata.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en laboratorios, droguerías u operadores logísticos.
  • Experiencia en armado de protocolos e instructivos de trabajo.
  • Manejo avanzado de paquete office.
  • Será deseable tener conocimientos de Power BI.
  • Manejo fluido de idioma inglés
  • Contar con movilidad propia
