Descripción del puesto

Será responsable de generar citas y aportar leads mediante prospección en frío (recorridos en terreno siguiendo rutas asignadas) y gestión de bases de datos propias aportando a los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.

Las principales tareas son:

- Prospección en frío dentro de comercios siguiendo rutas diagramadas, registrando resultados en el CRM.

- Generar y cualificar leads (datos de contacto, necesidad, prioridad) y acordar llamados telefónicos entre el prospecto y el Departamento de Gestión Comercial para la posterior coordinación de una entrevista con el Asesor.

- Mantener y enriquecer bases de datos propios.

- Acompañar a Asesores Comerciales en visitas cuando se requiera (observación/soporte) para aprendizaje y eventual co-venta.

- Cumplir objetivos de prospección diarios/semanales y reportar avances al responsable comercial.

- Cumplir las normas de presentación y conducta comercial de la empresa.

Requisitos

- Estudios terciarios o en curso de carreras de comercialización, marketing o administración

- Experiencia previa en prospección, televenta o atención al público.

- Buena comunicación verbal, escucha activa y manejo básico de objeciones.

- Organización, disciplina para seguir rutas y procesos.

- Resiliencia y manejo de rechazo en prospección en frío.

Lugar de trabajo: CABA

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 18hs / Sábados de 09:00 a 13:00 hs. (1 sábado franco al mes)
