● Price Benchmarking & Cost Analysis: Conduct price comparisons, analyze cost structures, track market trends, and identify cost-saving

opportunities.

● Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods, minimum order quantities, delivery timelines, and other

commercial conditions.

and order fulfillment.

● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to understand customer requirements

and provide timely sourcing solutions.

● Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, follow up on quotations and orders, and monitor supplier

performance.

● Procurement Support: Assist in purchase planning, supplier onboarding, documentation, order tracking, and resolving supply-related issues.

● Market Research: Track specialty and bulk chemical pricing, supplier developments, raw material trends, and alternative sourcing opportunities.

● Reporting & Documentation: Maintain supplier databases, quotation comparisons, sourcing reports, negotiation records, and procurement

trackers.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
