Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Executive – International Business Development (Exports) to support global sales and market expansion for our Fruit Pulp & Concentrates portfolio. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals with 1–3 years of experience in international sales or export operations, eager to grow in the global food ingredients and beverage industry. The incumbent will assist in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring smooth export execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Assist in developing and executing international sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key export markets.
  • Support B2B and P2P business development for fruit pulp and concentrate products.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of international customers and channel partners.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings to generate leads.

Key Account Support

  • Support management of global accounts and nurture customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate customized solutions.
  • Assist in pricing discussions, contract preparation, and business reviews.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support.

Export Operations

  • Handle enquiries, quotations, and order execution under guidance.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, production, quality, logistics, and documentation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation standards.
  • Work with quality teams to address product queries and customer requirements.

Required Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, or related roles.
  • Exposure to Fruit Pulp, Fruit Concentrates, Food Ingredients, Beverage Ingredients, or Processed Food Exports preferred.
  • Basic understanding of managing international distributors, importers, or accounts.
  • Enthusiasm for opening new markets and contributing to export growth.
