På MEXL är vi ca 80 drivna medarbetare och vi finns idag i Uddevalla, Göteborg, Stockholm, Helsingborg och Jönköping och vi är en del av Qflow Group.

Om jobbet Nu vill vi förstärka vårt fantastiska team inom bygg- och projektledning. Som bygg- och projektledare hos oss kommer du att leda uppdrag inom infrastruktur, VA, gata och mark. Du arbetar på uppdrag av våra beställare och får möjlighet att delta i projekt med varierande innehåll, omfattning och komplexitet.

Du kommer både att ansvara för egna projekt men även samarbeta och följa upp med kollegorna inom MEXL. Projekten omfattar ofta flera olika kompetensområden, ibland är det du som samordnar och planerar in andra resurser i dina projekt och ibland hjälper du till i andras. I byggledningsuppdragen utgör du beställarens förlängda arm inför och under entreprenadskede i olika typer av infrastrukturprojekt.

Vi jobbar tätt tillsammans mellan affärsområdena. Vi har nära till varandra både som kollegor och för kompetensutbyten. Detta ger oss möjligheter till varierade projekt och skapar största möjliga nytta för våra kunder och bidrar på̊ så sätt till ett hållbart samhällsbyggande.

Om dig Vi söker dig med minst 5 års erfarenhet av bygg- och/eller projektledning inom infrastruktur som konsult eller på beställarsidan, alternativt dig med motsvarande erfarenhet från entreprenörssidan i arbetsledande roll som exempelvis arbetsledare, platschef eller entreprenadingenjör.

Vi ser gärna att du är utbildad VA-ingenjör, byggingenjör eller har annan relevant utbildning med inriktning mot infrastruktur, VA, gata och/eller mark – alternativt har du många års erfarenhet från beskrivna, relevanta roller.

Stor vikt läggs vid dina personliga egenskaper och som person ser vi att du är ödmjuk, lyhörd, social, strukturerad och har en naturlig fallenhet för att skapa långa, goda och hållbara relationer med kollegor och kunder.

All vår dokumentation är på svenska och det är ett krav att du både talar och skriver flytande svenska.

Tjänsten är en heltidstjänst och vi tänker oss i första hand placering i Jönköping. Vi ser dock flexibilitet kring placeringsort och det kan, beroende på uppdragens lokalisering och verksamhetens behov, finnas möjlighet att utgå från din hemort.
