AI Product Manager

Job Summary

The AI Product Manager will oversee the development and strategy of artificial intelligence products, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and is pivotal in driving innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-related products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative AI solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to inform product strategy.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimize the user experience.
  • Lead product requirements gathering and prioritize features based on business and customer impact.
  • Facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in product management, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to AI deployment.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, with a focus on AI or technology-driven products.
