你将参与什么： 我们正在把 AI 真正带进企业的业务现场。 从内容生产、知识管理、营销物料、权限治理，到面向大型客户的 AI Agent 工作流，你会参与设计和交付一套套真正被业务使用的 AI 产品。 这不是一份只负责写 PRD、跟进排期的岗位。你需要把客户一句“我们想做一个 AI Agent”，拆解成清晰的业务目标、用户流程、数据与知识、工具调用、权限边界、人工审核、评测指标和可上线的产品方案。

你会负责什么 1. 把客户问题变成 AI 产品方案 - 深入客户业务现场，主持需求访谈、方案讨论和产品评审； - 从模糊诉求中识别真正的业务目标、用户角色和成功标准； - 设计 AI SaaS、Agent、RAG、内容生成和工作流产品方案； - 将方案落成 PRD、流程图、原型、功能规格和验收标准。 2. 负责从需求到上线的完整交付 - 推进需求承接、方案设计、开发跟进、联调、UAT、上线和复盘； - 管理 2–3 个企业客户项目，掌握范围、节奏、风险和依赖； - 协调产品、前端、后端、AI、设计、测试及客户团队； - 处理需求变更、优先级冲突和版本边界，管理客户预期。 3. 设计“可控、可用、可验证”的 AI 体验

你需要持续思考： - 哪些环节适合交给 Agent，哪些必须由规则或人工完成； - 如何设计上下文、知识检索、工具调用和多轮交互； - 如何处理模型不稳定、结果不可解释、成本过高和响应超时； - 如何通过权限、人工确认、失败兜底、日志和评测，让 AI 能在企业环境中可靠运行。 4. 把一次交付沉淀成平台能力 - 从客户项目中提炼通用流程、组件、模板和交付方法； - 沉淀需求模板、方案模板、UAT 用例、问题排查手册和最佳实践； - 识别不同客户之间的共性需求，推动产品标准化与复用； - 参与建设企业 AI 产品的工作流、角色权限、知识库、Agent 编排和质量评估体系。

我们希望你具备： - 3 年以上 B2B、SaaS、企业软件或复杂项目产品经验； - 有完整的企业级项目交付经历，能够独立推进从需求到上线； - 擅长客户沟通，能把业务语言翻译成产品语言、技术语言和验收语言； - 具备较强的结构化思考和项目推进能力，能够同时管理多个项目； - 理解大模型、RAG、Agent、Function Calling 等基本概念，知道它们的能力边界； - 能够判断什么时候应该使用模型，什么时候应该使用规则、工作流或人工审核； - 对产品质量、数据安全、权限、可观测性和上线风险有基本意识； - 有较强的文字表达能力，能够写清楚 PRD、方案、流程和问题结论。

加分项： - 使用 API 独立做过 AI 应用、内部工具或自动化工作流； - 亲自参与过 Agent 编排、RAG 检索、工具调用或多轮对话设计； - 有内容生产、素材管理、知识库、营销科技或多模态 AI 项目经验； - 接触过图像生成、视频理解、ASR、TTS、数字人或多模态工作流； - 做过企业级权限、SSO、角色治理、数据同步或第三方系统集成； - 熟悉 AI 产品评测、Bad Case 归因、Prompt 优化、成本治理或模型路由； - 能够使用 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex 等 AI 工具提升调研、原型和交付效率。
