Area Sales Manager - Organics

## Job Summary The Area Sales Manager for Organics will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team within the designated territory, specifically targeting the Top of Funnel (Tofu) segment in the National Capital Region (NCR). This role involves identifying and capturing new business opportunities, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

## Responsibilities - Lead and manage the sales team focused on organic products within the assigned area. - Develop and execute sales strategies to target and expand the Top of Funnel (Tofu) customer base in NCR. - Identify potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the organic products sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools. - Educational background in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience working in the National Capital Region (NCR) market. - Knowledge of organic product regulations and certifications. - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. - Familiarity with digital sales and marketing techniques.

## Experience - Experience managing a sales team and driving sales growth in the organic products industry. - Prior experience targeting Top of Funnel (Tofu) segments is advantageous.

## Environment - The role is likely based in the National Capital Region (NCR). - May involve fieldwork, client visits, and team coordination activities. - Work setting could be office-based with frequent travel within the territory.
