## Company Overview Illuminati Consulting is an AI services firm founded approximately four months ago. The company is currently a lean team of 10 employees, with plans to expand to 25 by the end of the year. Co-founded by Mamita, an AI expert with 22 years of experience and former lead of Deloitte’s Agentic AI Center of Excellence, and Kaushik, with 11 years of experience including roles at Deloitte and Cartesian. The firm operates on a bootstrapped model, targeting ₹4–5 crore in revenue during its first year. Its core ethos emphasizes agility, lean operations, use-case-native solutions, and building reusable components to deliver measurable, incremental value to clients across various sectors.

## Job Summary The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging client needs with innovative AI-driven solutions. They will leverage their analytical skills, business domain understanding, and project management capabilities to identify opportunities, develop solution flowcharts, and determine where AI can add value. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong numbers sense, capable of working directly with C-level executives across diverse industries to deliver impactful, use-case-specific insights and solutions.

## Responsibilities - Analyze client business processes across sectors such as manufacturing, QSR, banking, and FMCG to identify potential AI use cases. - Develop comprehensive solution flowcharts, mapping out end-to-end processes and pinpointing areas where AI integration can generate value. - Conduct back-of-the-envelope analytics, data intuition exercises, and utilize Excel or optimizer tools to support solution design. - Engage directly with clients’ leadership teams, including CEOs and CXOs, to understand strategic objectives and tailor solutions accordingly. - Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and reusable components. - Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring solutions are aligned with client expectations and company standards.

## Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Strong analytical skills with a “numbers taste”: data intuition, proficiency in Excel, and experience with optimization tools. - Solid understanding of business domains such as manufacturing, QSR, banking, FMCG, or related sectors. - Proven project management skills, capable of overseeing solution development from concept to delivery. - Ability to chart detailed solution flowcharts and identify AI integration points. - Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging directly with senior leadership. - Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

## Preferred Skills - Experience working in a startup or lean consulting environment. - Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes. - Knowledge of process mapping and workflow design tools. - Multilingual abilities or regional language skills (optional but advantageous).

## Experience - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, consulting, or data-driven roles. - Experience working across multiple sectors such as manufacturing, QSR, banking, FMCG, or financial services. - Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior executives and translate strategic needs into technical solutions.

## Environment The role is primarily based in India, with preferred locations in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Pune. The work environment is dynamic, client-facing, and collaborative, with a focus on delivering tangible value through lean and agile methodologies. The position may involve remote work flexibility depending on client requirements and project needs.
