## Company Overview Secure Parking is a leading provider in the parking and mobility industry, focused on transforming its operations into a technology-enabled platform that combines parking management with modern mobility solutions.

## Job Summary The India Business CEO will be responsible for building, leading, and transforming Secure Parking’s operations in India. This role includes full ownership of the India Profit and Loss (P&L), commercial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth. The CEO will spearhead the transition from a traditional parking operator to a technology-focused mobility platform, aiming for revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

## Responsibilities - Own and Grow the India Business: Manage the India P&L, develop strategies in alignment with shareholder objectives, and drive growth across existing and new market opportunities. - Transform into a Technology-Enabled Platform: Lead the transition to a technology-centric approach, adopting digital solutions and building technology revenue streams. - Build New Revenue Streams: Identify and commercialize new business areas like EV charging, car services, data analytics, and digital advertising. - Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish relationships with government bodies and develop alliances with technology and mobility partners. - Transition Towards an Asset Manager: Develop structures that allow Secure Parking to benefit from parking assets without extensive capital outlay and negotiate favorable terms for leases and concessions. - Drive Operational Excellence: Set clear KPIs and maintain high standards of governance and compliance, enhancing performance across all locations. - Lead Commercial & Business Development: Build a quality business development pipeline and represent Secure Parking at key industry forums. - Develop Investor Relationships: Cultivate relationships with investors to fund parking concessions and create scalable investment opportunities.

## Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 20+ years in professional roles, including significant leadership experience in India. - Track Record: Proven experience managing large P&L responsibilities and complex operations. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with infrastructure, real estate, parking, mobility, technology-enabled services, or SaaS/platform businesses. - Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in business development, partnerships, and negotiations. - Strategic: Experience structuring commercial agreements like concessions, leases, or revenue-sharing agreements is vital. - Investor Relations: Experience working with large asset owners, developers, and governmental or institutional stakeholders. - Technology Focus: Exposure to technology-led business models and experience in capital raising preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in managing multi-site operations. - Proficient in negotiations and team-building. - Familiarity with digital customer experience enhancements.

## Experience - A strong background managing sizeable P&L components, with a history of transforming and scaling business operations in relevant industries.

## Environment - The role is based in India and may involve travel to various operational locations. The work setting will focus on leadership and strategic initiatives rather than day-to-day operational involvement.
