Job Summary

The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective financial planning. This role is critical in supporting the company's strategic objectives by providing financial insights and maintaining robust financial controls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion of audit processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Indian financial laws and international accounting standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a multinational or large corporate environment.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Ability to lead and develop a finance team.
  • Familiarity with tax planning and audit processes.

Experience

- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial management or controlling roles, preferably within large organizations or multinational companies.

- Based in Bengaluru, India.

Salary

- INR 30,00,000 to INR 50,00,000 annually.
