## Job Summary The Finance Leadership role is focused on controllership within a manufacturing-driven organization based in Pune. ## Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end controllership including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial information systems (MIS). - Manage compliance and audits while ensuring robust controls over Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). - Supervise manufacturing finance operations, ensuring efficient working capital and treasury management. - Conduct thorough costing, variance analysis, and inventory controls to support operational decisions. - Collaborate with business and leadership teams for effective stakeholder management and operational finance partnering. - Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to IND AS, including month-end and year-end closure processes.

## Qualifications - Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - Strong experience in plant finance and operating within ERP/SAP environments. - Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management techniques. - Excellent understanding of compliance, audit processes, and financial controls. - Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership ability, communication skills, and a process improvement mindset.

## Preferred Skills - Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, engineering, automotive, FMCG, or similar sectors. - Familiarity with IND AS and operational finance partnering.

## Experience - Relevant experience in a controllership-heavy role, specifically within a manufacturing context is required. - Proven capability in team handling and process improvements.
