## Job Summary The Fixed Income Fund Manager is responsible for managing fixed income investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and making strategic investment decisions to achieve the fund’s financial objectives. Reporting directly to Puneet Pal, Head of Fixed Income, the role involves overseeing investment strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall success of the fixed income division.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement investment strategies for fixed income portfolios aligned with the fund’s objectives. - Conduct detailed analysis of bond markets, interest rates, credit ratings, and macroeconomic factors to inform investment decisions. - Monitor and manage portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize returns and mitigate risks. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding portfolio performance and market outlook. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to fixed income investments. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to share insights and refine investment approaches.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA preferred. - Strong understanding of fixed income securities, bond markets, and macroeconomic analysis. - Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk management tools. - Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in fund management, asset management, or related roles. - Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance procedures related to fixed income investments.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with financial software and tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms. - Familiarity with portfolio management systems and data analysis tools. - Strong network within the financial industry for market insights. - Leadership qualities and team management experience.

## Experience - Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in fixed income fund management, investment analysis, or related financial roles.
