HR Leader

Job Summary

Responsible for establishing and leading the human resources function across all businesses within the group. This key role involves combining strategic leadership with effective execution to manage the organization’s HR systems, cultivate a strong corporate culture, advance talent agendas, and oversee AI-enabled transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Group leadership on organization design, workforce strategy, and talent development.
  • Develop and implement a clear people strategy aligned with business growth priorities.
  • Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives to enhance performance and accountability.
  • Execute and manage HR systems, policies, and processes across the Group.
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of senior positions within the organization.
  • Create frameworks for performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of relevant HR experience across various businesses.
  • Strong organizational and talent management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in organizational design, performance management, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate, investment/financial services, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital HR tools, AI applications in HR, and people analytics.

Experience

- 10–15 years of HR experience, ideally in a growing or entrepreneurial environment with a focus on multiple business areas or entities.
