## Job Summary The IT Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's core lending and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, supporting a portfolio of approximately 70 lakh Retail Secured, Unsecured, and Microfinance Institution (MFI) loan cases. The role involves overseeing IT infrastructure, security, and support applications, working closely with the company's IT Consultant, and reporting to the Group Head. The position aims to ensure seamless system operations, regulatory compliance, and robust IT security to support the organization’s financial and operational objectives.

## Responsibilities - Functionally manage Credit Nirvana (CN) and Retail Systems, including modules such as ledger engine, SOA, CIC reporting, Legal, and borrower KYC/compliance workflows. Oversee report generation and system enhancements for the extensive retail and MFI loan portfolio. - Track and implement user requirements and regulatory/compliance changes affecting the lending systems to ensure ongoing compliance and operational efficiency. - Manage financial and ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion ERP or equivalent, including building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data integration across platforms like CN and Oracle. - Support the ARC (Asset Reconstruction Company) acquisition lifecycle, ensuring accurate data capture and system readiness during pre-acquisition and acquisition stages. - Oversee IT infrastructure and security, including network, communication systems, and cybersecurity posture. Coordinate internal, regulatory, and third-party security audits. - Manage other applications and support functions, such as the Complaints & Grievances system and corporate website, providing overall application support. - Coordinate with the company's IT Consultant, acting as the primary point of contact for system changes, infrastructure, security, audits, and new requirements. Ensure timely tracking, action, and closure of recommendations.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. - 8–12 years of experience in IT management within NBFC, ARC, BFSI, or IT Software companies. - Hands-on experience with loan management systems such as Credit Nirvana or similar. - Proficiency with Oracle Fusion ERP or equivalent financial systems. - Working knowledge of RBI/regulatory reporting requirements for ARCs. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network administration, and cybersecurity practices. - Excellent stakeholder management and vendor/consultant coordination skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with regulatory compliance and audit processes. - Knowledge of data integration and reporting tools. - Familiarity with digital security protocols and cybersecurity frameworks. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

## Experience - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in IT management roles, particularly within financial institutions such as NBFCs, ARCs, BFSI, or IT software companies. - Demonstrated experience with loan management systems and ERP platforms.
