The Private Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing high-net-worth client relationships in Bangalore. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
  • Provide personalized banking and financial solutions, including investment, wealth management, and other private banking services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes relevant to private banking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management roles.
  • Strong technical understanding of private banking products, investment solutions, and financial planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze client portfolios and recommend suitable financial strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in financial planning or wealth management (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus.
  • Fluency in local languages and English.
  • Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to client acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or similar financial services roles.
  • Experience working in organizations similar to private banking or wealth management firms.

Environment

  • The role is based in Bangalore, with a walkable commute from the office location.
  • The work environment is professional, client-facing, and collaborative.
  • The position may require occasional travel for client meetings or networking events.

Salary

- The salary range is ₹8 LPA to ₹15 LPA, commensurate with experience and skills.
