B2B Sales / Business Development | Homemade Bakers (Growtheum Capital)

## Job Summary Homemade Bakers is seeking experienced B2B Sales and Business Development professionals to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The role focuses on selling packaging solutions primarily to food, dairy, and ice cream companies. The successful candidate will independently manage the sales cycle and contribute significantly to the company’s market presence and revenue growth.

## Responsibilities - Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers across FMCG, food, dairy, and ice cream industries. - Drive new business development through a proactive hunting approach and build a strong sales pipeline. - Develop and maintain relationships with mid- to senior-level stakeholders and key decision-makers within target organizations. - Identify business opportunities for packaging solutions and convert prospects into long-term customers. - Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management and business development strategies. - Work with the company’s existing list of target accounts to expand market presence and generate new revenue opportunities. - Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and closure. - Explore opportunities to expand business with existing customers and develop new strategic accounts.

## Qualifications - 8–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management. - Strong experience in selling packaging solutions to FMCG companies. - Candidates from rigid packaging, flexible packaging, or packaging solutions companies preferred. - Established relationships with mid- to senior-level decision-makers across FMCG organizations. - Proven track record in new customer acquisition, business development, and account growth. - Experience serving food, packaged food, dairy, or ice cream companies is an added advantage. - Strong communication, negotiation, client management, and commercial skills. - Ability to work independently, drive sales targets, and contribute to business expansion.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in packaging solutions specifically tailored for food, dairy, and ice cream segments. - Familiarity with the FMCG industry dynamics and customer requirements. - Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

## Experience - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management within packaging or FMCG sectors.

## Environment - Location: Gurugram - Work Mode: Work From Office - Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Open Positions: 2–3
