Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

## Job Summary The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will play a crucial role in defining and executing HR strategies that enhance our organizational capability and performance. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in tech and product environments, particularly from companies recognized for their excellent HR practices.

## Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. - Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and succession planning. - Cultivate a culture of high performance, engagement, and inclusivity across the organization. - Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and engagement through effective feedback mechanisms. - Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in HR management. - Oversee the design and implementation of employee compensation and benefits programs.

## Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in technology or product companies. - Proven track record of HR management in scaling organizations. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current industry trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence at all levels. - Relevant educational qualifications from reputable institutions (e.g., MBA in Human Resources, Master’s in Organizational Development). - Familiarity with employee relations, performance management, and organizational culture development.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with HR technology systems and data analytics. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertinent to the technology industry. - Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

## Experience - A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in well-known companies with recognized HR practices.

## Environment The CHRO will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, likely based in an office setting in a major tech hub. Remote working options may be available, depending on company policies.

## Salary The expected salary for this role is 1.3 Crores annually.
