## Job Summary The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a critical leadership role in driving business outcomes while balancing growth and operational excellence. The COO is expected to lead operational initiatives, manage data governance, and foster a collaborative work environment. This role is ideal for a candidate thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment who can ensure operational efficiency and strategic growth.

## Responsibilities - Drive business outcomes while balancing growth with operational excellence. - Oversee process optimization, data governance, and compliance management to enhance organizational efficiency. - Lead change management and transformation initiatives in fast-paced, growing organizations. - Establish efficient information flows and integrate systems/tools across various business functions. - Collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment, especially with multiple founders and co-founders. - Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to align stakeholders and drive consensus across the leadership team.

## Qualifications - Educational Background: A relevant degree in Business Administration or related field; further qualifications such as an MBA preferred. - Industry Experience: Experience in financial services, venture capital, or consulting, with a focus on operations, client onboarding, data, and compliance. - Business Acumen: Strong capability to drive business results through operational management. - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively. - Analytical Thinking: Ability to utilize data to inform decisions and drive business strategies. - Change Management: Proven experience in managing transformation in organizations. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster collaboration and drive consensus.

## Preferred Skills - Prior experience in working with startups or within an ecosystem of angel investors and venture capitalists. - Familiarity with operational software tools and data management systems.

## Experience - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations or managerial roles, preferably within venture capital, financial services, or consulting.

## Environment The candidate must be willing to be based in Mumbai/Andheri, indicating a requirement for an office-based work environment in a dynamic and evolving business setting.
