## Job Summary We are seeking a Founding AI Engineer who has transitioned from experimental projects to successfully building systems that are in active use. This role is crucial for driving our AI initiatives and contributing to the development of live AI-native products with substantial impact.

## Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable AI systems that are robust and user-friendly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into existing products. - Build and maintain AI agents and custom orchestrators to streamline processes. - Optimize AI models for performance and scalability, ensuring they meet user demands. - Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance AI product features.

## Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with Python, particularly with the FastAPI framework. - Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS (Amazon Web Services). - Proven track record of building live AI-native products that have gained meaningful traction. - Experience in building and maintaining AI agents or custom orchestrators. - Solid foundation in machine learning fundamentals and modern language model (LLM) techniques, including tool use, fine-tuning, and reasoning systems. - Experience with voice agents beyond basic demos, enhancing user interactions. - Familiarity with browser agents, including tools like BrowserUse, Browserbase, and Puppeteer automations. - Knowledge in developing custom long-term memory and context management systems.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with performance tuning of AI systems. - Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
