The posting

  • As Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the Global Head of Legal (UK) with a matrix reporting into India Managing Director
  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements with clients, merchants, suppliers and any other party the Company may have agreements with.
  • Advising on legal aspects of issues encountered by the Company.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations in addition to Group policies, including but not limited to, voucher related regulations, payment regulations, AML, anti-fraud, personal data protection and employment law in the operations of the Company.
