## Job Summary The Product Manager will lead Dashreels' expansion in India, focusing on shaping the future of mobile storytelling within a rapidly scaling content-first entertainment app. This role is pivotal in crafting unique viewer experiences and driving the product vision of short-form video content.

## Responsibilities - Shape the future of mobile storytelling by redefining how millions experience short-form video entertainment. - Blend editorial instincts with data-driven decision-making to enhance user engagement and content quality. - Experiment with cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and generative tools, to improve viewer immersion. - Extend the app's reach and impact globally, starting with the Indian market, targeting diverse audiences and fandoms. - Work within a small, agile team, promoting autonomy, engaging discussions, and frequent product iterations.

## Qualifications - Extensive Product Experience: 4-10 years of product management experience in consumer content, social media, streaming, or gaming. - Proven Track Record: Experience in shipping recommendations or feed products at scale; strong ownership of key metrics such as daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), watch time, and P-scores. - Data and Research Fluency: Expertise in experiment design, SQL, metrics frameworks, and user research; able to blend storytelling with data analysis effectively. - Passion for Story and Tech: A storytelling aficionado with a keen interest in narrative hooks and consumer AI technologies. - Educational Background: (Preferred) Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

## Preferred Skills - Background in engineering or machine learning. - Exposure to global media markets.

## Experience - 4-10 years of product management experience focused on consumer content and technology sectors.
