We are a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand in the health & lifestyle space, currently scaling our product and growth functions.

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Product Manager to enhance our product offerings and drive growth. This role focuses on understanding consumer behavior, optimizing growth funnels, and making data-driven decisions to build high-impact products in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end product funnels (acquisition → activation → retention).
  • Analyze and optimize user journeys and conversion metrics to improve overall product performance.
  • Collaborate closely with growth, marketing, and business teams to drive product outcomes.
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
  • Run experiments (A/B testing) to enhance user experience and growth metrics.
  • Work with technology and design teams to build and ship scalable features.
  • Monitor product performance and utilize data-backed decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in D2C or consumer internet companies.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user retention, and growth metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics, experimentation, and making data-driven product decisions.
  • Ability to balance user experience with business goals effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Data Science).

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to supply chain and operations in D2C businesses.
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments.

Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience in Product Management roles with a focus on D2C or consumer internet businesses.

Environment

The role will be based in NCR and suit individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
