  • Du bringst deine redaktionelle Kompetenz ein und bereitest anspruchsvolle Themen verständlich, relevant und zielgruppengerecht auf.
  • Du entwickelst Kommunikations-, Content- und Narrative-Strategien für komplexe Themen und Veränderungsprozesse.
  • Du nutzt KI selbstverständlich und strategisch für Analyse, Konzeption und Content-Erstellung.
  • Du erkennst Chancen bei Kunden und bringst neue Themen aktiv in die Zusammenarbeit ein.

Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Beratungsmandate an der Schnittstelle von Kommunikation, Strategie und Transformation im Corporate- und B2B-Umfeld. Dich erwarten starkes Teamplay, inhaltlicher Tiefgang, qualitätsorientierte Beratung von der Auftragsklärung über die Konzeption bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Dabei hast du die Möglichkeit, Inhalte, Projekte und die Zusammenarbeit aktiv mitzugestalten, sowohl intern als auch in der Arbeit mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden. Zudem bieten wir dir den Raum, neue Arbeitsweisen mit KI anzuwenden, weiterzuentwickeln und in die Praxis zu bringen.

Was du mitbringst

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, Kommunikationsberatung oder Redaktion.
  • Erfahrung in der strategischen Beratung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte.
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen, technologischen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen sowie an B2B-Themen.
  • Hohe redaktionelle Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte schnell zu erfassen und überzeugend aufzubereiten.
  • Interesse an der Analyse von Organisationen: wie Entscheidungen entstehen, warum Projekte scheitern, wie man Menschen aktiviert.
  • Erfahrung im praktischen Einsatz von KI im Arbeitsalltag.
  • Analytische Stärke, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Teamgeist, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kunden und Kolleg*innen aufzubauen.
