El rol:

Buscamos un/a Assistant Store Manager para nuestra tienda de Las Rozas Village.

Trabajarás junto al Store Manager para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de la tienda, liderar al equipo y ofrecer una experiencia de cliente que represente a Scuffers.

Serás una figura clave en el día a día de la tienda y un referente para el equipo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyar al Store Manager en la gestión diaria de la tienda y el equipo.
  • Liderar el equipo durante tus turnos y asumir la responsabilidad de la tienda en ausencia del Store Manager.
  • Motivar, desarrollar y dar feedback al equipo.
  • Trabajar para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas y KPI.
  • Asegurar una excelente experiencia de cliente y ser un referente en técnicas de venta.
  • Supervisar stock, reposición, almacén y operaciones de caja.
  • Garantizar los estándares de Visual Merchandising, orden y presentación de la tienda.
  • Gestionar incidencias y reclamaciones de forma positiva y resolutiva.
  • Ser embajador/a de la marca y representar los valores de Scuffers.

Requisitos:

  • +3 años de experiencia en el sector Retail, preferiblemente moda.
  • Experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos, se valora experiencia previa como Assistant Manager.
  • Orientación comercial y experiencia trabajando con KPI.
  • Pasión por la moda y el producto.
  • Mentalidad proactiva, resolutiva y orientada a resultados.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Español e inglés alto. Otros idiomas serán un plus.
