El rol:

Buscamos personas con entusiasmo, pasión por la moda y la atención al cliente para sumarse al equipo de nuestra tienda de Valencia💖.

Como Sales Assistant de Scuffers, tu reto es dar vida a nuestra filosofía y hacerla llegar a todos nuestros clientes Retail y ayudarlos no sólo a encontrar los productos que desean, sino también ser embajador/a de la marca.

¡Serás una pieza fundamental de nuestro viaje!

Responsabilidades:

  • Asistir a los clientes en la selección de productos, proporcionando asesoramiento sobre estilos, tallas y combinaciones.
  • Mantener un conocimiento profundo de los productos de la tienda, incluyendo las nuevas llegadas y las características de cada artículo.
  • Garantizar que todos los procesos se ejecutan a la perfección durante sus turnos.
  • Si es necesario, apoyar y contribuir a la creación de contenido de medios sociales para los equipos de Scuffers. Esto puede incluir tareas como fotografiar elementos de la tienda o producir vídeos de productos.
  • Gestionar transacciones de ventas con precisión, incluyendo el manejo de caja y procesamiento de pagos.
  • Mantener la tienda ordenada, limpia y visualmente atractiva, siguiendo las directrices de merchandising de la marca.
  • Participar en la reposición de inventario y asegurar que los productos estén bien presentados en todo momento.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas y metas de rendimiento.

Requisitos:

  • De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en el sector Retail, preferiblemente moda
  • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de venta, procesos de atención al cliente y gestión de reclamos con actitud positiva y resolutiva
  • Conocimiento de estrategias CRM dentro del sector Retail
  • Pasión por la moda y el producto
  • Nivel alto de español e inglés, otros idiomas son un plus
  • Mentalidad de trabajo en equipo
