El rol:

Buscamos un perfil entusiasta y con muchas ganas de aprender como funciona el lado mas humano de una marca en crecimiento como es Scuffers! Este rol es fundamental para asegurar una excelente experiencia de servicio al cliente a través de diferentes canales de contacto, con el fin de mejorar la satisfacción del cliente, el compromiso y aumentar nuestras ventas.

Funciones:

- Mantener una actitud positiva, empática y profesional hacia los clientes en todo momento.

- Responder con prontitud a las consultas de los clientes a través de todos los canales.

- Reconocer y resolver las quejas de los clientes.

- Profundo conocimiento de los productos para que no sólo pueda responder a preguntas sobre ellos, sino también explicar plenamente un producto para impulsar una venta

- Procesamiento de pedidos, formularios, solicitudes y peticiones.

- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes, registrando incidencias y soluciones.

- Comunicarse y coordinarse con los compañeros cuando sea necesario. Pensar siempre en equipo.

- Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y prestarle una atención profesional.

- Aportar ideas y soluciones para los problemas comunes o repetidos que surjan en el departamento

Requisitos:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

- Dominio de redes sociales y herramientas de gestión de redes sociales.

- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades en un entorno de ritmo rápido.

- Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera efectiva.

- Orientación al detalle y habilidades organizativas.

- Actitud positiva, proactiva y orientada al cliente.

- Nivel de inglés alto. Otros idiomas son un plus.
