El rol:

Buscamos personas apasionadas por la moda y la atención al cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo y ser los líderes de una tienda en constante crecimiento.

Como Store Manager de Scuffers, tu reto es dar vida a nuestra filosofía y hacerla llegar a todos nuestros clientes Retail. Tu papel es acompañar al equipo de tienda pero también ayudar a nuestros clientes no sólo a encontrar los productos que desean, sino también ser un embajador de la marca.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar un equipo de profesionales de forma dinámica y entusiasta y dirigirás las operaciones de la tienda, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos clave de ventas y KPIs establecidos.
  • Conocer toda la gama de productos, estilo y materiales.
  • Realizar informes sobre el rendimiento de la tienda, el producto y los KPIs; diseñando y llevando a cabo planes de acción junto con los equipos de Scuffers para sacar el mayor potencial de la tienda.
  • Crear y asegurar los estándares de atención al cliente.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de la tienda, controlando los gastos y maximizando la rentabilidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, así como de las normativas legales y de seguridad.
  • Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la tienda, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo.
  • Garantizar la correcta gestión del inventario, incluyendo pedidos, recepción y control de stock.
  • Reclutar, formar y desarrollar a los empleados de la tienda, fomentando un equipo motivado y comprometido.
  • Establecer y comunicar objetivos de ventas, proporcionando feedback de manera regular.
  • Resolver conflictos y manejar situaciones de rendimiento del personal de manera profesional y constructiva.

Requisitos:

  • +3 años experiencia como Store Manager, preferiblemente en sector moda.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar equipos diversos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
  • Experiencia formando equipos será un plus.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y enfrentar desafíos con una actitud positiva.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de inventarios y control de stock.
  • Habilidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones informadas.
  • Visión estratégica y análisis de negocio para la toma de decisiones basadas en datos e informes
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de venta, procesos de atención al cliente y gestión de objeciones
  • Conocimiento de estrategias CRM en el sector de la Gran Distribución
  • Pasión por la moda y el producto
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios variados, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.
  • Nivel alto de español e inglés, otros idiomas son un plus.
  • Mentalidad de trabajo en equipo y orientada a KPIs.
