The posting

1.负责医院AI应用的全流程开发落地，覆盖临床辅助决策、医学影像初筛、电子病历智能结构化、智能导诊、医保智能稽核等场景，对接临床、医保、行政等部门需求，输出适配医疗场景的AI解决方案，提升医护工作效率与患者就诊体验。 2.负责MCP的部署、调优与运维，实现院内多源大模型、垂类医疗模型的统一调度、权限管控、流量分配与效果监控，保障AI服务的稳定运行与调用合规，满足医疗数据安全管控要求。 3.熟练使用LangChain、LlamaIndex、PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流AI开发工具与框架，完成大模型微调、Prompt工程、RAG检索系统搭建、AI功能与院内HIS、EMR系统的接口对接，支撑业务快速迭代。 4.参与AI应用的安全合规管控，落实医疗数据脱敏、等保2.0相关要求，定期排查AI服务安全漏洞，沉淀医疗场景AI开发规范与通用组件，配合开展医护人员AI工具使用培训。

1.人工智能、计算机科学、生物医学工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，2年及以上AI开发经验，有医疗AI项目落地经验者优先。 2.精通MCP架构与落地流程，熟悉多模型调度、资源隔离、运行监控等核心功能的实现逻辑，有MCP在企业级场景部署经验者优先。 3.熟练掌握各类主流AI开发工具，包括大模型应用开发框架、深度学习训练框架、向量数据库等，具备独立完成AI功能从需求对接、开发到上线全流程的能力。 4.对医疗信息化业务有基础了解，熟悉HIS、EMR系统接口规范者优先；逻辑清晰，具备跨部门沟通能力，能够准确理解医护人员的非技术需求，对医疗数据安全有高度责任心，主动学习医疗行业相关政策与前沿AI技术。 加分项：有医疗NLP、医学影像AI相关项目经验或专利，参与过公立医疗机构智慧医疗项目建设者可放宽学历与工作年限要求。
