【任职资格】 1. 学历背景：统招本科及以上学历，硕士学历或海外背景优先考虑（人力资源、医学、药学等相关专业优先）。 2. 核心履历：具有5年以上医疗健康行业猎头顾问从业经验，或兼具甲方医疗HR招聘经验与乙方猎头双重背景。拥有丰富的临床医生人脉资源及多个科主任/学科带头人成功入职案例者，将优先考虑。 3. 专业能力：具备极强的目标感与交付能力，能够在高压力、快节奏的环境下完成攻坚任务；擅长与高年资临床专家进行专业对话与职业规划沟通。 4. 综合素质：具备出色的沟通影响力与谈判技巧，能够与医疗行业高端人才建立深度信任关系；为人成熟稳重、灵活应变，善于在复杂诉求中寻找共赢方案，推动合作达成。
