1、统招硕士及以上学历，须具有执业医师资格、大型仪器CDFI、产前筛查证，具有副主任医师及以上职称； 2、具有三级综合医院10年以上超声工作经验，具有3-5年以上超声科管理经验； 3、熟悉与本专业有关的法律法规、技术规范和规章制度，具有丰富的技术工作经验和解决重大技术问题的能力； 4、具有良好的沟通协调能力。
