1、负责医院核心信息系统的功能迭代、bug修复与性能优化，参与需求调研、技术方案设计、编码实现、测试上线全流程； 2、负责医院AI应用的全流程开发落地，覆盖临床辅助决策、医学影像初筛、电子病历智能结构化、智能导诊、医保智能稽核等场景，对接临床、医保、行政等部门需求，输出适配医疗场景的AI解决方案，提升医护工作效率与患者就诊体验。 3、独立负责院内轻量化业务系统的全链路开发，比如连续诊疗系统，对接临床、行政、医保等部门的个性化需求，快速落地适配医疗场景的技术解决方案； 4、配合上级完成系统架构优化、数据安全加固，保障患者诊疗数据、医保结算数据的存储与传输安全。 5、参与信息科技术规范制定，沉淀医疗场景通用组件与开发工具。

1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年及以上全栈开发经验，有医疗信息化行业从业经验者优先； 2.熟悉HIS系统核心业务流程，掌握门诊挂号、医嘱执行、收费结算、病案管理、医保对接等核心模块的逻辑，能够快速理解医护人员提出的业务需求； 3.前端技术扎实：熟练掌握React/Vue至少一种主流开发框架，熟悉ES6+、CSS3、HTTP协议，精通AntD、ElementUI等常用组件库，有复杂表单、医疗报表、多终端适配开发经验； 4.后端能力完备：熟练掌握Java/Node.js至少一种后端开发语言，掌握MySQL、Redis等数据库的设计与优化，了解接口加密、权限管控等安全机制，有医保接口、第三方医疗设备对接经验者优先； 5.具备独立完成小型系统全流程开发的能力，逻辑清晰，有较强的问题排查能力，具备良好的跨部门沟通意识，能够和非技术岗位人员顺畅对接需求，对医疗数据安全有高度责任心，学习能力强，能够快速掌握医疗行业相关政策要求。 6.熟悉AI agent开发流程，熟悉LangChain , 扣子，向量数据库 等开发工具，熟悉 MCP，A2A 等协议。
