The posting

1.根据排班岗位负责陪产时，主要负责产房和手术室的陪产工作，在每位客人分娩时为新生儿提供安全保障。在每次分娩前应提前到场，检查新生儿娩出后可能用到的抢救设备，并采集待产妇的有关情况。 2.如遇有危重情况应提前或及时通知上级医生或NICU医生，同时积极采取抢救措施，必要时配合转运工作并提供相关病情介绍。 3.陪产医生具体负责每个新生儿娩出时的初步复苏及查体评估，开具每个新生儿的相应医嘱并完成病历书写以及签署疫苗及听力知情同意书。最后要在分娩婴儿登记本上按项目详细记录。 4.根据排班岗位负责查房时，每日白班进行产科新生儿查房至少1次。在查房过程中要注意礼貌待客，耐心地回答客人提出的有关问题。 5.查房过程中要为每一个新生儿详细查体，每日查房后完成病历书写。如发现新生儿有异常应及时发现并处置，还应与客人进行良好的沟通以获得充分的理解和配合。如新生儿情况特殊或危重，应与上级医生或NICU医生及时通报，根据情况密切进行随诊或转入NICU，并提供有关病情介绍。 6.查房医生每日上午参加产科早交班，以了解病房相关情况。每日下午下班前与夜班医生做好书面交班。 7.完成科主任分配的特定任务和工作安排。

1. 正规医学院区硕士及以上学历，具有主治医师及以上职称； 2. 具有5年以上公立医院工作经验； 3. 熟悉本专业的技术规范和规章制度； 4. 儿科医学基础知识扎实，临床工作经验丰富，技术精湛； 5. 具有新生儿抢救、心肺复苏，插管，呼吸机使用等实际操作经验； 6. 具有即时发现新生儿未即时表象出来的疾病的能力； 7. 具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，具有团队协作精神，有责任心和亲和力。
