1、医学影像技术、放射医学等相关专业，专科及以上学历。 2、持有放射技师资格证书，具有介入技师工作经验者优先。 3、熟悉介入手术流程和各类介入设备的操作，如数字减影血管造影机（DSA）等，具备一定的医学影像学知识和解剖学基础。 4、具备良好的身体素质和心理素质，能够适应介入手术室的工作环境和工作强度，应对手术中的突发情况。 5、具有较强的团队协作精神，能够与介入医生、护士等密切配合，共同完成手术任务。 6、严格遵守医疗操作规程和放射防护规定，确保患者和自身的安全。
