The posting

1.在护理总监的领导和科室主任的业务指导下，负责本病区的全面护理工作； 2.负责病房护士的常规排班，并根据病人数量情况随时进行调整； 3.负责督促检查各项工作制度、质量标准和操作规程的执行； 4.负责制定本科室的规章制度、工作计划，并检查各班工作、各岗位职责的落实情况，并对工作中的不足及时给予指导； 5.认真执行疫情报告、消毒隔离制度，预防院内感染及交叉感染，保证病房工作区域清洁及工作有序； 6.负责随时检查对危重病人，手术前、后病人以及新入院病人的护理工作，检查医嘱处理和执行情况，监督护理人员准确的执行医嘱和加强医护间配合； 7.负责记录客人不良反应和意见，分析存在问题及时总结经验教训，提高质量； 8.负责对本科室护士的交班记录本、各种登记本、电话记录本等进行检查并签字，及时处理出现的问题； 9.负责对病房护士的服务态度和服务质量进行评价，并对部门存在问题及时反馈改进； 10.负责调整病房耗材基数和基数目录，以及非常规耗材的请领，负责监督急救车的检查和清点情况； 11.负责建立本科室的设备台账，每月对本科室仪器设备的使用和保养情况检查一次，并作记录； 12.负责及时传达医院或护理部的新的政策或规定，并负责向上级部门及时反馈科室的意见、建议； 13.负责每月向不少于30%的客户（包括重点客户）了解对护理工作的意见或建议，及时调整并解决目前工作中存在的问题； 14.负责解决病房一般的意见或投诉，遇重大问题及时上报护理部； 15.严防不良事件的发生，发生护理差错或纠纷等，或出现异常或特殊事件时，根据医院《不良事件和特殊事件的上报制度》及时上报护理部； 16.负责组织护理人员岗位培训和业务学习，不断提高护理人员的业务水平和服务意识，确保每位护理人员满足患者的合理要求，使患者得到高质量的护理服务； 17.完成护理总监安排的其它工作。

1.大专及以上学历，主管护士及以上职称，有效的护士执业证； 2.具有10年以上妇产科病房工作经验，且3年以上病房管理经验； 3.良好的专业技能，有能够指导护士进行疑难问题的指导能力； 4.熟练掌握护理各项操作规程及妇产科专科理论知识，妇产科专科护理技术操作； 5.具有较强的沟通能力，带教及培训能力。
