1、在医生首次查房前，收集好客户信息交予医生查阅，为查房做准备。 2、掌握每天护理部关于宝宝的交班情况，便于医生查房。 3、负责安排每日待查房房间(新入住/特殊查房/待出所），陪同儿科医生进行查房工作。查房完毕后，将儿科医生开具的医嘱告知婴儿室及相关人员注意并执行。 4、负责归类整理各个部门反馈的有关儿科方面的问题，由医助与儿科医生沟通后，将解决处理意见告知客人。 5、如遇当天无在岗儿科医生时，医助需开展指导安抚性查房。 6、协助儿科医生对早产儿和低体重儿做好入所评估工作。 7、协助蒋村医院妇保医生对中心在所客人进行产后访视工作。 8、负责每月医疗部人员的考勤工作及儿科医生车费报销事宜。 9、负责每月检查医疗办公室用品情况，及时做好报备申购工作。 10、负责在客人出所时，遵医嘱对客人进行出所宣教工作，并签字。 11、负责及时更新医疗部白板内容。 12、负责协助中医生工作。 13、按规定和要求做好客户资料的整理和归档工作。 14、每天提前30分钟到办公室做好清洁卫生工作，同时对办公室办公用品、相关查房用品和资料等进行清理补充，保证全天医生查房工作的顺利进行。 15、做好医生与其他相关部门的桥梁沟通工作，保持与其他部门的信息通畅，以更好掌握客户相关信息

1、临床医学相关专业大专以上学历（可接受应届生）； 2、医学基础知识扎实； 3、具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，有责任心和亲和力； 4、有助理医师证人员优先考虑。
