主要工作职责： 1.在护理总监的指导下，全面负责本部门的护理工作； 2.负责母婴护理中心护士的常规排班，并根据客人数量情况随时进行调整； 3.负责督促检查各项工作制度、质量标准和操作规程的执行； 4.负责制定母婴护理中心的规章制度、工作计划，并检查各班工作、各岗位职责的落实情况，并对工作中的不足及时给予指导； 5.负责定期检查病区的各种医疗文书的书写质量，及时纠正存在问题； 6.负责记录客人不良反应和意见，分析存在问题及时总结经验教训，提高质量； 7.负责对本科室护士的交班记录本、各种登记本、电话记录本等进行检查并签字，及时处理出现的问题； 8.负责对国际母婴护理中心护士的服务态度和服务质量进行评价，并对部门存在问题及时反馈改进； 9.负责调整护理中心客房耗材基数和基数目录，以及非常规耗材的请领； 10.负责检查护理中心客房的过期物品或药品，提前1个月与库房或药房联系进行更换； 11.负责建立本科室的设备台账，每月对本科室仪器设备的使用和保养情况检查一次，并作记录； 12.负责及时传达医院或护理部的新的政策或规定，并负责向上级部门及时反馈科室的意见、建议； 13.负责每月向不少于30%的客户（包括重点客户）了解对母婴护理中心护理工作的意见或建议，及时调整并解决目前工作中存在的问题； 14.负责解决一般性意见或投诉，遇重大问题及时上报护理部； 15.严防不良事件的发生，发生护理差错或纠纷等，或出现异常或特殊事件时，根据医院《不良事件和特殊事件的上报制度》及时上报护理部； 16.负责组织护理人员岗位培训和业务学习，不断提高护理人员的业务水平和服务意识。确保每位护理人员满足患者的合理要求，使患者得到高质量的护理服务； 17.完成护理总监安排的其它工作。

1.正规护理院校毕业，大专以上学历； 2.须持有可变更注册的护士执业证及护士资格证书； 3.至少拥有国内二级综合/专科医院5年以上的妇产科工作经验，或国内三级医院3年以上妇产科工作经验； 4.良好的专业技能，有能够指导护士进行疑难问题的指导能力； 5.熟练掌握护理各项操作规程及专科理论知识，专科护理技术操作； 6.具有较强的沟通能力及特殊情况下的反应能力； 7.具有一定的管理能力，非常愿意并致力于管理工作； 8.优秀的员工技能教学及培训能力； 9.熟悉计算机操作。
