Wat heb jij te bieden?

All round passie in payroll en een sterke drive om klanten te ondersteunen. Maar ook:

  • Minimum over een bachelor- of masterdiploma beschikt.
  • Een sterke interesse hebt in personeelsbeleid in het algemeen en verloning, payroll en sociale wetgeving in het bijzonder.
  • Een passie hebt voor KMO's en HR-materie eenvoudig kan vertalen naar de praktijk voor je klanten.
  • Voeling hebt met de wereld van onze ondernemers.
  • Leergierig bent, sterk klantgericht en nauwgezet kan werken.
  • Bijdraagt aan onze teamspirit met een gezonde dosis humor en flair.

Welke taken kan je verwachten?

  • Het opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met je klantencontacten.
  • De opvolging, berekening en controle van de lonen voor je klanten.
  • Het begeleiden en adviseren van je klanten bij het gebruik van hun ICT-pakketten voor hun loon- en tewerkstellingsadministratie.
  • Het adviseren van je klanten bij hun vragen omtrent de tewerkstelling van hun medewerkers.
  • Het opbouwen van kennis en ervaring binnen de verschillende domeinen van payroll en sociale wetgeving.
  • Detecteren van de noden bij klanten en het aanbieden van onze oplossingen d.m.v. ons ruim Proxy aanbod.
  • Op basis van je talenten en zin/ambitie krijg je de mogelijkheid om zelf bepaalde diensten aan te bieden en/of zelf uit te voeren.

Je wordt twee dagen per week verwacht in ons kantoor te Temse of Aalst, de andere dagen kan je van thuis werken.

Verder komt het hele team 2 dagen in de maand samen: 1x in Aalst en 1x in Temse.

Tijdens de eerste opleidingsmaanden vragen we iets meer flexibiliteit qua kantoordagen & locaties.
