Rapportering is veel meer dan cijfers alleen. Het helpt organisaties om betere beslissingen te nemen, wettelijke verplichtingen na te leven en hun personeelsbeleid te sturen op basis van betrouwbare data.

Als Product Owner BE Reporting ben je verantwoordelijk voor een portfolio van rapporteringsoplossingen die dagelijks gebruikt worden door Belgische klanten van SD Worx. Je bepaalt mee hoe payroll- en HR-data worden omgezet in heldere inzichten voor organisaties van verschillende groottes en behoeften.

Je werkt op het kruispunt van payroll, data, compliance en productontwikkeling en speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere evolutie van onze reporting-oplossingen.

Jouw impact

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een breed portfolio van rapporteringsproducten binnen het Belgische payrolllandschap.

Enerzijds stuur je de rapporteringsoplossingen aan voor onze Large Enterprise (LE) klanten, die behoefte hebben aan uitgebreide analyses, dashboards en exportmogelijkheden ter ondersteuning van complexe HR- en payrollprocessen.

Daarnaast beheer je de rapporteringsoplossingen voor onze SME-klanten, waarbij gebruiksgemak, toegankelijkheid en relevante managementinformatie centraal staan.

Tot slot ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor een aantal specifieke rapporteringsproducten voor onze Social Profit klanten. Deze oplossingen ondersteunen klanten met bedrijfskritische rapporten en rapporteringsvereisten die essentieel zijn voor hun dagelijkse werking.

Door deze verschillende productdomeinen samen te brengen, zorg je ervoor dat SD Worx klanten steeds beschikken over de juiste inzichten op het juiste moment.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt de productvisie voor het reporting-domein binnen België.
  • Je vertaalt klantbehoeften, markttrends en wettelijke vereisten naar een duidelijke roadmap en productstrategie.
  • Je beheert en prioriteert de product backlog zodat ontwikkelteams maximaal waarde kunnen realiseren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, consultants, business stakeholders, architecten en development teams.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat rapporteringsoplossingen beantwoorden aan de behoeften van zowel SME-, LE- als SoP-klanten.
  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten om rapportering gebruiksvriendelijker, performanter en waardevoller te maken.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en relevantie van de rapporteringsproducten.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in transversale initiatieven waarbij data, payroll en rapportering samenkomen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring als Product Owner, analyst of een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met data, rapportering, analytics en softwareproducten.
  • Je kunt complexe klantbehoeften vertalen naar duidelijke productvereisten.
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en weet verschillende belangen op één lijn te brengen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met zowel business als technische teams.
  • Je durft prioriteiten te stellen en neemt eigenaarschap over jouw productdomein.
  • Kennis van payroll-, HR- of reporting-oplossingen is een sterke troef.
