Voor een sterke speler binnen de transport- en logistieke sector in Gent is SD Worx Staffing op zoek naar een dispatcher / transportplanner 2-ploegen.

Ben jij stressbestendig, communicatief sterk en heb je feeling met logistiek en transport? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar je dagelijks het verschil maakt in de opvolging en planning van transporten.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen logistiek of transport
  • Kennis van CMR-documenten is een plus
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent beschikbaar om in 2-ploegen te werken (6u-14u en 14u-22u)

Jouw taken

  • Opvolgen en coördineren van transporten
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs
  • Opmaak en verwerking van transportdocumenten en CMR’s
  • Oplossen van onverwachte situaties en snel schakelen waar nodig
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, chauffeurs en interne diensten
  • Mee zorgen voor een efficiënte en correcte transportplanning
