Wie is onze ideale kandidaat?

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring en een bachelor diploma en/of denkniveau
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
  • Je ademt klantgerichtheid uit en dat weten klanten te waarderen
  • Klanten telefonisch contacteren voelt voor jou zeer natuurlijk aan.
  • Je bent een forward thinker en wacht niet af .
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer issues jouw pad kruisen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en ERP systemen. Nieuwe systemen aanleren schrikt jou niet af.

  • Flexibele werkuren binnen een 40-urenweek, met een vaste kerntijd.
  • Een flexibele middagpauze van 30 minuten tot maximaal 2 uur.
  • 32 verlofdagen, bestaande uit 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen en 12 ADV-dagen.
  • Geen collectieve sluiting, waardoor je je verlof vrij kunt inplannen.
  • Een aantrekkelijk loonpakket, aangevuld met onder meer maaltijd- en ecocheques, een hospitalisatieverzekering, groepsverzekering én een bonusregeling.

Functieomschrijving

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een communicatief sterke Customer Service medewerker die klantendossiers van A tot Z opvolgt.

Je wacht niet tot een klant zelf om informatie vraagt, maar neemt initiatief en houdt hen persoonlijk op de hoogte en da's jouw ding.

  • Je volgt klantendossiers proactief op (deadlines, afspraken, vragen,...)
  • Je houdt klanten persoonlijk op de hoogte van hun dossier, en dat doe jij bij voorkeur telefonisch
  • Jij brengt de klant op de hoogte van nieuwe ontwikkelingen
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat info bij de juiste interne collega terecht komt
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van de dossiers.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van klantenbezoeken van de accountmanagers.
  • Een aantal keer per jaar vertegenwoordig je samen met je collega's de organisatie op Belgische vakbeurzen.

Mooie variatie, toch? Jij bent de SPOC die ervoor zorgt dat klanten zich gehoord voelen, collega's correct geïnformeerd zijn én dossiers vooruitgaan.
