In SD Worx Italia stiamo investendo fortemente in automazione, digitalizzazione ed efficientamento dei processi attraverso l'utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie e dell'Intelligenza Artificiale.

Per supportare questa trasformazione stiamo selezionando un Business Analyst & AI Automation Intern che avrà l'opportunità di collaborare con il team Finance, contribuendo a progetti innovativi che avranno un impatto concreto sul futuro dell'azienda.

Non si tratta di uno stage tradizionale: cerchiamo persone curiose, appassionate di tecnologia e desiderose di sperimentare come l'AI possa migliorare processi, produttività ed esperienza delle persone.

Il ruolo

All’interno del team Finance, in affiancamento alla Credit Manager, avrai la possibilità di mappare processi aziendali, individuare opportunità di miglioramento e contribuire all'introduzione di soluzioni innovative basate sull'Intelligenza Artificiale.

L'obiettivo sarà supportare l'automazione di attività manuali e ripetitive, ottimizzare i flussi operativi e contribuire alla digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali.

Di cosa ti occuperai

  • Supportare l'analisi dei processi aziendali e delle attività operative svolte dai diversi team.
  • Supportare nella mappatura dei flussi di lavoro, individuando inefficienze, colli di bottiglia e opportunità di miglioramento.
  • Collaborare alla raccolta e all'analisi dei requisiti di business.
  • Affiancare i referenti di funzione nella definizione di possibili soluzioni di automazione.
  • Contribuire alla progettazione e implementazione di agenti AI e strumenti digitali per semplificare le attività quotidiane.
  • Supportare progetti finalizzati alla riduzione delle attività manuali e di data entry.
  • Partecipare a test, analisi dei risultati e monitoraggio delle nuove soluzioni introdotte.
  • Preparare report, documentazione e presentazioni per supportare le iniziative di trasformazione digitale.
  • Collaborare con stakeholder interni appartenenti a diverse funzioni aziendali.

Requisiti

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale (o percorso universitario in corso) in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Data Science, Informatica, Matematica o discipline affini.
  • Interesse per Business Analysis, Process Improvement e Digital Transformation.
  • Interesse verso l'Intelligenza Artificiale generativa e le tecnologie emergenti.
  • Buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
  • Attitudine a comprendere processi e tradurre esigenze di business in soluzioni concrete.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Curiosità, spirito di iniziativa e voglia di imparare.

Costituiscono un plus

  • Conoscenza di strumenti AI (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Power Platform o strumenti analoghi).
  • Conoscenze base di analisi dati o automazione dei processi.
  • Esperienza universitaria o personale in progetti legati a innovazione, AI o digitalizzazione.
