Als Business Consultant bij SD Worx Professionals werk je vanuit één van onze SD Worx-kantoren. Daarnaast ga je op regelmatige basis langs bij prospects en klanten om onze Projectsourcing-dienstverlening actief onder de aandacht te brengen.

Je gaat in gesprek met HR Business Partners, HR Managers en andere HR decision makers over hun actuele HR-uitdagingen. Je weet knelpunten bij klanten scherp in kaart te brengen en deze te vertalen naar concrete opportuniteiten voor onze HR Project Consultants.

Je streeft steeds naar een duurzame en kwalitatieve oplossing voor de klant, met oog voor zowel business-impact als mensgerichte waardecreatie.

Naast je commerciële rol bouw en beheer je je eigen team van ervaren HR Project Consultants. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij optimaal gefaciliteerd worden in hun noden op vlak van zelfontwikkeling, opleiding en groei. Je treedt op als coach, klankbord en aanspreekpunt, zowel tijdens als naast hun projecten bij klanten.

Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de HR-sector. Daarom blijf je continu up-to-date met HR-relevante topics, trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt. Deze kennis is essentieel om onze consultants goed te begeleiden én om de onderliggende noden van klanten correct te detecteren en hen zo op de meest kwalitatieve manier te kunnen servicen.

Als Business Consultant neem je een 360°-rol op, met een gevarieerd en breed takenpakket:

  • Koude acquisitie Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en prospects, en het uitbouwen van duurzame, langdurige relaties.
  • Recruitment Uitbouwen van je eigen team van HR Project Consultants. Je staat in voor het volledige rekruteringsproces (A tot Z), weet het juiste talent aan te trekken en succesvol te plaatsen bij klanten.
  • People management Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team van Project Consultants voor vragen, sparringsmomenten en tips & tricks. Je voert regelmatige opvolgingsmomenten en zet actief in op opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden om hun zelfontwikkeling maximaal te ondersteunen. Affiniteit met HR is hierbij een sterke troef, zodat je kan optreden als waardevolle coach en sparringspartner.
  • Vertalen van klantenbehoeften naar HR-oplossingen Je detecteert noden bij klanten en stelt proactief geschikte HR Project Consultants voor.
  • Contractonderhandelingen Onderhandelen over contracten en voorwaarden, steeds met oog voor een win-win voor zowel klant als consultant.
  • Business development & marktinzichten Signaleren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen en trends op de arbeidsmarkt, en deze vertalen naar concrete groeimogelijkheden voor zowel de organisatie als je team.
  • Cross-selling & interne samenwerking Actief stimuleren van cross-selling en samenwerken met andere afdelingen binnen SD Worx.
  • Networking Netwerken is essentieel, zowel intern als extern, om relaties te versterken en opportuniteiten te creëren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

· Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig, met ervaring in B2B sales en recruitment (idealiter in een 360° rol)

· Sterke commerciële drive en bewezen expertise in business development

· Ervaring met consultative sales en stakeholdermanagement op strategisch niveau

· Kennis van end-to-end recruitment en talentmatching

· Ervaring in people management en het coachen van professionals

· Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans (extra talen zijn een plus)

· Flexibel en mobiel binnen Vlaanderen

· Sterke netwerkvaardigheden en teamgerichte mindset
