Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als Business Development Manager bij SD Worx Jobs word jij dé brug tussen de markt en de organisatie. Jij weet als geen ander nieuwe opportuniteiten te spotten en partnerships uit te bouwen in onze focussectoren: logistiek, food en industrie.

Je krijgt de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om:

• Actief nieuwe klanten te benaderen en een relevant netwerk uit te bouwen • De uitdagingen van prospecten te analyseren en te vertalen naar concrete en haalbare workforce-oplossingen • Op maat gemaakte voorstellen en offertes te presenteren en te verdedigen • Contractonderhandelingen te voeren en de samenwerking te concretiseren • De opstart van nieuwe klanten te begeleiden samen met de operationele teams • Markt- en concurrentiebewegingen te monitoren en strategisch te rapporteren • SD Worx Jobs zichtbaar te maken op netwerkevents en beurzen.

Naast het actief uitbouwen van SD Worx jobs, heb jij ook enkele administratieve verantwoordelijkheden waaronder het bid management:

• Je beheert het volledige tenderproces van A tot Z (deadlines, gatecalls, indiening) • Je analyseert klantvragen en vertaalt ze naar scherpe, winnende offertes en presentaties. • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en impact van elke tender met focus op maximale conversie. • Je zorgt voor sterke argumentatie, heldere positionering en consistente storytelling.

Wat breng jij mee? • Commerciële flair en een natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid naar de business van jouw klanten • Minimum 4y ervaring in sales of business development, idealiter binnen HR, uitzendsector, logistiek, food of industrie • Een analytische geest die noden van klanten snel detecteert en vertaalt naar oplossingen • Vlot kunnen schakelen tussen strategische gesprekken en hands-on opvolging • Zelfstandigheid, maar ook een teamspeler die de kracht van samenwerking ziet • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Engels is een mooie plus • Ervaring met consultative selling en complexe trajecten
