SD Worx Professionals, de divisie rekrutering en selectie gespecialiseerd in bediendeprofielen van SD Worx, is volop in bloei! We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR-Consultant in Gent.

Maar wat houdt de functie van HR-Consultant Professionals bij ons eigenlijk in?

  • Jouw focus ligt het werven en selecteren van expert bediendeprofielen en leidinggevenden met focus op Logistiek, Sales, HR, Office & Business support & Purchase.
  • Bij ons gaat het om een 360 rol: vacatures binnenhalen, klantbezoeken doen, op prospectiebezoek gaan, relaties met klanten onderhouden.
  • Een van je klanten heeft een nieuwe vacature dus plan je een intakegesprek in om goed te weten wat de klant precies zoekt. Je schrijft een aantrekkelijke vacaturetekst en plaatst deze op verschillende jobboards.
  • Je doorzoekt onze database en hunt ook op jobsites, LinkedIn en social media naar talent dat je proactief kunt benaderen.
  • Heb je een interessante kandidaat gevonden? Na een telefonische screening nodig je hem of haar uit voor een eerste gesprek, waarin je de motivatie en wensen van de kandidaat verkent.
  • Je stelt de kandidaat meteen telefonisch voor aan je klant en bingo! Jouw kandidaat mag morgen op sollicitatiegesprek.
  • Je volgt zowel de klant als de kandidaat op tot ze 6 maand in dienst zijn. Zo blijf je aangehaakt bij de klant én kandidaat.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een master- of bachelor diploma en een sterke ervaring in een klantgerichte rol.
  • Je hebt een passie voor mensen en bent communicatief sterk. Het leggen van nieuwe contacten gaat jou gemakkelijk af.
  • Je durft in dialoog te gaan met de klanten en onze kwalitatieve dienstverlening voor te stellen.
  • Je streeft naar het halen van individuele kpi's. We zijn echter 'one team' en doen ons best om met het hele team de teambonus per kwartaal binnen te halen.
